Return Policy

At Vaughan's Jewelers, we want you to be elated with your online purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly accept your return for exchange or store credit within 15 days of the receipt.  

Before initiating your return, contact us via phone or email to let us know to expect your package.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please allow five to seven business days to process a return after shipment delivery.
